Shipping Policy
We offer multiple shipping options including air freight, sea freight and express delivery (DHL, FedEx, UPS). Shipping cost is calculated based on weight, volume, destination and shipping method. We will provide the exact freight quotation once your order is confirmed.
All products are packed in anti-static bags and cartons to prevent damage during transit. Delivery lead time depends on order quantity and customization requirements. We will advise you of the estimated shipping date once production commences.
Customers are responsible for import duties, taxes and any customs clearance fees in their country.
Note: If your order is overweight and no shipping cost appears at checkout, please send us a private message.
Return & Exchange Policy
Our products are custom connectors, cables and wiring harnesses made according to your specifications. Customized items cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is a quality defect from our production.
If you receive defective goods caused by our manufacturing, please send photos/videos within 7 working days after receiving the shipment. We will evaluate the issue and arrange re-production or replacement.
We do not accept returns for reasons including wrong specification provided by customers, improper installation, damage after delivery, or changed project plans.
